Program Details:
- Free Access: Warrnambool residents will be granted free access to Flagstaff Hill during regular day & night experiences.
- Identification: To gain access, residents must present a driver’s licence or other valid identification proving Warrnambool as their primary place of residence. For children, verification will be through a parent's Medicare card.
- Exclusions: Free access does not apply to groups participating in structured programs, guided tours, functions & special events.
- Offering Warrnambool residents free access to Flagstaff Hill by day (9.30am – 4.30pm, last entry 4pm)
- Offering Warrnambool residents free access to Flagstaff Hill by night
- Some exclusions & conditions apply.
- Peak period exclusion dates.
- 10 person local allocation allotment per night show.
- 48 hour pre-booking requirements.
- Allocation may be higher in off-peak periods.
- As per normal booking conditions, Night Show bookings are essential.
- Residents will be identified as local by the postcode on their driver's licence or suitable identification accompanied by a utility bill/rates notice.

- Warrnambool – 3280
- Bushfield – 3281
- Dennington – 3280
- Allansford – 3277
- Illowa – 3282
- Woodford – 3281
- Yangery – 3283.
- Children of patrons will be indicated on a parent's Medicare card.
- Should there be any discrepancies, a current WCC rates notice should be produced.
Signing up:
- Local ambassadors will sign up via a QR code (in person) or via the registration link below.
- This QR code can be located at the front entrance, once identification has been produced by the patron, they can simply scan the QR code & proceed into the village.
