Mrs Kuck's Confectionery

Main Street - Daily 11am - 2pm
Visit the village lolly shop to discover a treasure trove of nostalgic treats and old favourites to delight everyone.

Mrs Kucks Confectionery Shop is named after Mrs Sibilla Kucks who sold sweets and fancy cakes from her shop in the Main Street of Warrnambool, from 1873 until the 1880s.

Sibilla operated one of Warrnambool’s earliest dedicated confectionery shops at a time when few women were working and sweets were more commonly found in a fruiterer’s shop. Her window display would have been full of brightly coloured sweets in shiny glass jars tempting passers-by.
