CRAFT

Papercraft Buildings

Flagstaff Hill has many styles of buildings with interesting brick patterns, verandas, windows and unique features. Construct a 2 Dimensional or 3 Dimensional house or building with paper then decorate it in your individual style.

Peg Dolls

The tradition of making peg dolls out of wooden clothes pegs comes from a time when people had little money to spend on toys. Use a wooden peg and material to create a peg doll that you can personalise it with ribbon, woolen hair and other decorations to make a unique and special item.

Whale’s Garden Collage

The underwater world is home to many life forms. Using a variety of materials create a stunning shimmery garden collage which would be perfect for a whale to live in and swim through.

Pirate’s Treasure

Imagine yourself as a pirate and think of what treasure you might like to find? Make your own coins, precious gems and other treasures to fill up your pirate loot bag.

Felt Sea Creatures

Working with coloured felt, create your own little sea creatures. Hang them together to create a mobile or carry them with you on holiday and use them as finger puppets to entertain your travel companions.
