Evening Gourmet Historic Steam Packet Inn Function
Your guests are welcomed to the village with a starting drink and a view over Lady Bay Warrnambool before the head down to the wharf area and enjoy their evening serviced by the Steam Packet Inn. As dusk settles over the village the shadows lengthen your guests live the life of the 1870's village while enjoying some suitable music and fine food.
The function is made complete by viewing the Shipwrecked Sound and Laser Show, and you have delivered your conference a world class conference function.
Last Dinner of the Loch Ard
For groups with a maximum of 55 why not look at recreating Australia's most signficant shipwreck - the 1878 Loch Ard. Your guests recreate the last dinner aboard the ship as she approaches the fine city of Melbourne, but alas arrival in Melbourne is not to be as the ship wrecks late in the evening.
Our theatre resturant style evening will be sure to have your group talking for days after as they discuss the Last Dinner of the Loch Ard.

The Sail Maker’s Loft
The Sail Maker’s Loft is a rustic authentic venue for larger groups. The top storey of the rustic Sail Makers Building provides a spacious loft area ideal for larger groups. On sunny days the loft doors open out onto a view of the harbour or at cooler times of the year, the pot belly stove warms your guests.
The Tearooms
This quaint space is ideal for meetings or gatherings situated in a prime location within the village. It offers a cosy atmospheres especially during the cooler months with an open fire available.
The Wharf Theatre
The Wharf Theatre captures the vista of the picturesque harbour and maritime village. Guests can be seated in the elevated pews of the theatre whilst the presentation takes place on the timbered wharf.
Inclusions

Tour of Site
Whilst at Flagstaff Hill, your conference group is welcome to explore the village and its many exhibits or alternatively we can arrange a Guided Tour (at an additional cost).
